Jonathan Quiñonez, a 27-year-old from Brussels, is using Instagram to send a sweet message to his mom from various corners of the world.
Quiñonez tells TheLADbible that he quit his job and sold his car with the intention to travel.
It all started when he arrived at his first stop of the trip, Cuba. He had a hard time getting in touch with family. So he started @momimfine, his new Instagram account which already has over 62,100 followers!
His account reads, “Whatever your age is, if you have a latin mom and a passion for adventure, you will have to find a way to tell her that you are fine. This is my way”
Every few days, he updates with a photo from a new location. In each photo he carries the same sign that reads: “MOM, I’M FINE.” What a smart yet simple way to tell your mom (or your family) where you are and of course, you are fine!
